This is my favorite coffee mug. I always get a smile on my face when I take this mug out at Christmas time. I’m not sure why – if it’s the snowmen , the colors, size or perhaps that it was a free gift

I was in the process of disposing of the old crate of clementine’s and just as I was about to toss it I see something in the carton. It’s a quarter! I can’t imagine why anyone would have spare change in their hands while going in and out of the refrigerator for a clementine but whatever – its MINE!

Here is the obligatory “our Christmas tree is up” photograph! Obviously not decorated yet but one step at a time. Hopefully that will get done before Christmas! This coming weekend is busy both days with photo and video projects.

The other morning my oldest daughter’s car tires needed some air. Normally this wouldn’t qualify for “picture of the day” but we’ve had some trying times with her tires of late. In fact these are brand new tires so we were both shocked and disappointed that the tire idiot light came on. We are hoping it was just the cold morning. One of her tires was a little low so now they are back to being all the same.

It was kick off for Stewardship Sunday at my church. In return for pledging, we got a mug and some great tasting hot cocoa mix!

The Stewartsville Volunteer Fire Company responds to a call of the smell of electric burning inside a home. Upon arriving the homeowner reported the smell coming from the laundry room area as well as high usage of the dryer earlier in the day.

On the second morning in the new month of December, overnight temperatures fell into the upper 20’s. That combined with a clear sky and calm conditions created a frosty start to the morning!

I attended a Lightroom 3 training session today in Philly. It was presented by NAPP’s own Matt Kloskowski. I’ve enjoyed Matt’s online training session’s for years and enjoyed seeing him teach and present in person.

My youngest was dancing in her first college dance recital. They didn’t allow photographs during the recital but I was taken by how nice the red curtain looked before the show started!
