Get Ready For Fall

Don't forget to put up your storm door

Don’t forget to put up your storm door

It’s been so warm out until recently that you may not have remembered to do certain cold weather tasks. One of them is putting up your storm door on your doors if you have one. I remembered to do mine last evening. Not only good to do now for the cooler weather, but to also get ready for the trick-or-treater’s on Monday! It’s much nicer having the main front door open with the outside light on so the kids know we’re participating.

Signs of Fall

The weather the past few days has been ideal for some fall photography. Add in a few burning bushes alongside a maple tree and a blue sky, and it doesn’t get any better than that!

First Glimpse Of Fall

Fall colors this year are a couple of weeks behind schedule thanks to the warm and moist weather of late. Some are starting to show their colors.

I Have to Get One Of these

A neighbor is having some yard work done. This mini cat was parked next to my house. Just think of the holes I could dig with this. Or from a photo point of view, think of the great male senior portraits I could take with this!

Stink bugs that is. With the cool weather last week we thought perhaps this fall wouldn’t be that bad. But the weather warmed back up again and they stink bugs are on the move looking for warmer places to over-winter!
