Video Archive Retrieval Service
Looking for an Older Performance?
Dance recitals and theater productions create memories that families treasure for years. While online video hosting is only guaranteed for a limited period after delivery, Dabour Photography maintains an archive of many past productions whenever possible.
If you’ve lost your original download, changed computers, or discovered that an old viewing link no longer works, I may be able to retrieve and restore your video from archive storage.
The Short Version
When you purchase a video from Dabour Photography, you’re encouraged to download and save a copy for your personal archive.
Online viewing links are intended as a convenient delivery method and are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery.
After that time, videos may be removed from online hosting and moved to archival storage.
If you need access to an older production, I may be able to retrieve it from archive and provide a new download link.
Why Are Older Videos Removed?
Dance recitals and theater productions generate a tremendous amount of video content each year.
To keep delivery costs reasonable and continue providing high-quality service, older productions are periodically moved from active hosting to long-term archive storage.
This allows me to continue hosting current productions while still preserving past performances whenever possible.
