There’s something extra special about the magic of a community Christmas tree lighting

Is it the chocolate chip cookies?

Is it the music that is playing?

Is it the gathering of community on a chilly night?

Or is it the arrival of Santa on a Stewartsville Vol. Fire Company fire truck?

Or is it Mrs. Claus?

Or does it have anything to do with so many people wearing Santa hats?

I know, it must be the look of pure happiness and joy and amazement when a child talks with Santa!

Or is it the singing of Christmas carols by real candlelight on a chilly evening?

Whatever it is, my Christmas wish is that it comes back and visits our community every year!
